Vertical Blinds
Vertical blinds are an excellent option for large windows, especially those that are wider than they are tall such as sliding glass doors and bay windows. Vertical blinds are now available in a very distinct selection of fabrics, textures, shapes, patterns, and colors. Most Vertical blinds are offered with 3 1/2" wide fabric, vinyl, or aluminum vertical louvers. There are still some Vertical blinds that are available with 2” louvers but these have a very limited selection to choose from. There are also a number of different Vertical blinds on the market with 3 ½” wide real wood louvers.
Vertical blinds are usually controlled with a wand to both traverse and rotate the louvers. Chain and cord controls for rotating and traversing the blinds are also available. There are many different styles of cornices and top treatments that may be used with this product.
