Installation and Service
Iris Window Coverings has been supplying the installation and service needs of designers, contractors, and developers in the Pacific Northwest for over 23 years. Our local installation team has extensive experience in all aspects of the window covering business and is able to manage any installation project. Our installation department is primarily responsible for installation on all of the Iris Window Covering projects. We have flown crews of installers as far away as Alaska and Hawaii and have driven to projects throughout the Western United States. Iris Window Coverings will, on occasion, subcontract to perform installation only work utilizing our local crews.
- Our nationwide network of installers, developed over the last 20 years, is able to handle any installation project that may be needed. Our national accounts group utilizes this network of installers extensively so that while we are very proud of this network, we do not offer their services on a subcontract, installation only basis.
- Our local Service Department is well versed in all aspects of the window covering business; but we are especially adept at servicing and repairing motorized and automated systems. We are able to service all types and brands of window coverings; we can source parts to repair almost any window covering in current use. We also have a metal and wood shop located in our facility that can provide customized solutions to problems that many other window covering companies could not solve.
