Iris Window Coverings has been serving the needs of discriminating interior designers for over 23 years. In those years, Iris has worked on many of the most prestigious homes in the Seattle/Puget Sound area and has recently opened a showroom on the Big Island in Hawaii. We have accomplished residential projects across the country including homes in Sun Valley, ID, California’s Napa Valley, Palm Beach, FL, Montana, and Hawaii. We have also supplied window treatments for a number of yachts built here in the Seattle/Puget Sound area. We have worked on yachts from Thailand and Holland and have traveled to Germany for a yacht project.

We are especially well known as motorization and automation specialists. While other window covering vendors will attempt to provide motorized window covering products, Iris is fully involved in the process, to the extent that we can provide wiring diagrams to project electricians (as well as having our own electrician) and have an Underwriters Laboratory certified electrical department in our facility in Renton, WA.

Being as proficient as we are in the motorized window covering area does not preclude us from supplying the total range of window coverings to the trade. We have a large showroom where we highlight various types of solar shading systems and fabrics and where we are proud to display samples from 10 different cloth fabric vendors, some of whom are to be found in the Seattle/Puget Sound area only in our showroom. We are distributors for all of the nationally recognized window covering brand names as well as for some smaller high quality manufacturers. We are proud to be a totally custom establishment, and we will realize almost any window treatment that can be imagined.
